Now, I am typically someone that loves going to the gym. I have spent years taking cardio classes, running on the treadmill and using the machines, etc. But, over the past few months I’ve been doing all at-home workouts due to Covid. And let me tell you, I have seen better results from these at-home workouts than the results I’ve seen when I was going to the gym.
I donβt think my body has ever been this toned before! I’ve seen success with these at-home workouts because I’ve focused on consistency and doing the moves correctly. I believe if you do the work, stick with it and focus on healthy eating, you will see results with at-home workouts too!
I’m telling you, I might not go back to the gym after this is all over because I’ve been loving all the free home workouts that I’ve been doing. Home workouts have made it really easy for me to knock out my workout early in the morning before I log on to work for the day too. I don’t have to worry about packing a gym back or driving there. All I have to do is wake up and workout!

I absolutely LOVE her YouTube channel! I like that a lot of her videos donβt use any equipment (which is great if you donβt own any!). They are longer, too so if you want to get more of a workout in, a lot of her videos are 15-20 minutes long. By the end of her workouts I’m sweating like crazy!

You guys know she is my favorite! You will love her. Her videos are all super quick and effective, so if you just have time for a 5-10 minute workout, I highly recommend these!
If you follow along on Instagram, you know that I also love Bailey’s app BBFIT and do it every day! I first found her on YouTube and loved her videos so much, I started doing her full length classes on her app. And omg.. I have seen such great results.
