Ruffle Sleeve Gingham Mini Dress
This red and white gingham dress just screams Fourth of July! It’s so so adorable and has little ruffle sleeves that cover your shoulders, which I love because my shoulders ALWAYS get sunburned. It also has a cute tie-back! I’m wearing it in an XS and it fits true to size.
