Rug Size Tips for a Bedroom
We have a Queen size bed and went with an 8×10 rug. It’s the perfect size for our bed and room. If you have a King bed, I’d recommend going with a 9×12, so the rug extends nicely on either side (and the foot) of your bed.

Styling a Cozy Bedroom Around a Plush Rug
I wanted to share a few helpful styling tips for creating a cozy bedroom. Number one, layered bedding. The bed is typically the focal point of the room, so we want to make it extra plush, fluffy and cloud-like! To do, this add in different layers and textures through your duvet cover, comforter, accent pillows, and quilted blankets.

Next, add warmth through lighting. Bedside lamps, sconces, candles, etc. These add an extra layer of coziness to the room. And lastly, incorporate simple accents like greenery, throw blankets and pillows. Keep it minimal though, less is more so the room stays calm and inviting.
