Seasonal allergy tips! 🤧💨 Here are a few easy ways to reduce allergens in your home!

🛏 Wash bedding weekly – Pollen and dust cling to fabric, so frequent washing is a must!
 🫧 Switch to a fragrance-free detergent – @gobeyondclean laundry detergent sheets are my go-to because they’re hypoallergenic, plant-based, and mess-free!
 👟 Leave shoes at the door – So you’re not tracking extra pollen and dirt inside your home.

🌀 Clean your washing machine – I run a clean cycle on our washer about once a month to get rid of any trapped mold and detergent buildup.

🐶 Wipe down pets after walks – Helps remove pollen from their fur.

☁️ Use an air purifier – Improves indoor air quality and keeps your air fresh and free from dust and dander.

🧹 Vacuum with a HEPA filter – It actually traps allergens and prevents them from recirculating back into the air.
