Summer is here and we couldn’t be more excited! To kick it off, we’re sharing our favorite FrosΓ© recipe perfect for a hot summer day, lounging by the pool, happy hour with your girlfriends, or watching the sunset at the beach. This frozen rose wine recipe is light, fruity and refreshing! It’s the absolute perfect summer drink if you as me!
And the best thing about it? It’ll take you less than five minutes to make! I know there are some FrosΓ© recipes that will have you freeze the wine for at least six hours and then boil sugar and water together. But, honestly I’m not a fan of recipes that take a long time to make, SO here’s our quick, easy and delicious FrosΓ© recipe you won’t be able to get enough of!

List of Ingredients
- Half bottle of rosΓ© (2 1/2 cups or so)
- 12-15 strawberries
- 2 cups of ice (add more if you want it to be thicker)
- Fresh lemon juice
- Teaspoon of sugar
For rosΓ©, I like to use That Girl Wine’s Over It. It’s a sweet wine with a medium body and fruity flavor, and it’s SO good! Whenever I feel like having a glass of wine, I always reach for Over It. It’s seriously one of the best rosΓ© wines I’ve tried. But, you are the one who will be enjoying the frosΓ©, so choose a wine that you love!
Directions
- Remove strawberry leaves and slice strawberries in half
- Add all ingredients to your blender (strawberries, rosΓ©, ice cubes, lemon juice and sugar)
- Blend on high for about 30 seconds (or until smooth)
- Pour into wine glasses and enjoy!
You can even dress it up a little bit with a sliced strawberry on the side, some lime wedges or a mint sprig! I picked up these adorable can shaped wine glasses the other day when I was at HomeGoods and I’m obsessed. I think they look so cute, especially for entertaining guests in the summer! Amazon has a set of 6 glasses for under $25 too.
