Valentine’s Day has easily become one of my favorite holidays, honestly I just love them all! I mean who doesn’t love a reason to throw a themed party? Anyway, this will be my second year hosting a little Galentine’s celebration for my friends and family, and I’ve been busy preparing the decorations, our brunch menu, the party games, and the goodie bags.
If you’re also hosting a Galentines or Valentine’s Day party, I wanted to give you a little inspiration for some fun little gifts & favors you can give your guests. I guarantee they’ll appreciate it!
Galentines Party Favors for your Friends
Favor Bags
Let’s start with the bags because there are a few ideas you can think about. Number one, and the most affordable, is Valentine’s Day-themed paper or plastic treat bags. You can pick these up at Walmart for under $1 or order a pack on Amazon. These are good if you’re giving candy or chocolates and don’t care if the bags are reusable.
The next option is decorative baskets! Target has a cute heart basket for $3, which is such a steal. Especially if you want to give your girls something they can reuse. I also found this round heart rope basket, which is also affordable, but a little larger.
Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip Plumps
Okay this may be my favorite item in this list! I typically try to buy a few of these lip plumpers anytime I see they’re on sale (which happens fairly often)! They’re great gifts because every girl loves a good lip plumper. My go-to shades are Cherry Blossom and Garden Rose. Both are neutral light pink colors that look great on anyone!
Patchology Eye Gels & Face Masks
I’ve been using Patchology face masks and eye gels for years. I gifted all my bridesmaids their eye gels at my bridesmaid proposal dinner and at Snow in Love themed my bachelorette party as well! Everyone loves these!
Pink Fuzzy Socks
You can’t go wrong with fuzzy socks! If you’re looking for a really simple Galentine’s party favor idea, grab a pair of fuzzy socks, a small hand lotion or lip balm and tie them together with a ribbon! This eliminates the need for a party bag and it’ll look so cute!
Kitsch Satin Hair Ties
Another item I included in my bridesmaid proposal boxes for closest friends! I wear these satin hair ties all the time, they come in a pack of 6 and I love that they don’t pull on my hair or cause creases. They’re so gentle!
Reusable Makeup Remover Cloths
These reusable makeup remover cloths come in a set of 12, so you could totally break them up and give each girl at your party one or two!
When it comes to gifting, I’m a big fan of buying things in bulk and dividing them up among your friend group! It’s an easy way to save money.
Travel-Sized Hand Lotion
Hand lotion is always a good gift idea because it’s practical and very budget-friendly. These are from Target, but Bath and Body Works always has sales, or you could go to TJ Maxx for some affordable finds!
Coconut Lavender Mini Candle
I love this light pink salted glass candle from Target. It’s made of a coconut soy wax blend & essential oils. It has a calming lavender and coconut scent!
40 oz Heart Tumblers
These tumblers are SO cute!! Again, this could be another item you use as the gift bag and then you could fill it with crinkle paper, travel-sized lotion, a lip balm, bath bomb and other small goodies for your besties.
You can even monogram the tumbler, which adds a cute personal touch!
Gold Claw Clip
My favorite claw clip that I own. It’s made of metal, so it’s heavy duty and won’t break easily like some of the plastic hair clips. It’s so aesthetic, but also practical. Your girlies will love it!
Spa Headbands (set of 8)
If you’re hosting a self-care or spa-themed party, these terry cloth headbands are the perfect gift. They’re just under $10 and come in a ton of different colors. This will be a beauty item she’ll reuse over and over again!
Valentine’s Day Glass Tumbler with Bamboo Lid
These tumblers are absolutely adorable! You could give them as party favors or use them as drinking glasses for your party. Each one comes with a cute bamboo lid and straw. Plus they’re under $5! I plan on ordering a few of these.
Personalized Velvet Cosmetic Bags
Okay these makeup bags are such a STEAL. They’re currently on sale for 50% and you can customize them with each girl’s name. They come in small and large sizes!
Daily Gratitude Journal
This gratitude journal would make such a cute Galentine’s party favor if you’re hosting a self-care or pajama themed party. I’ve been really into journaling lately and I love that this journal is pink and helps you practice gratitude and mindfulness.
